Are you an administrative agency or a law firm?
Neither. The procedures and documents we help you prepare come from official Spanish government sources. We are not an official administrative agency and this is not legal advice. When your case requires it, we connect you with trusted lawyers.
What does Aterriza Base include?
It is the foundation included with every plan: a personalised roadmap, The Guide, Aterriza Concierge, the Aterriza Live community and emergency escalation. Each plan adds the level of human support you need.
What is Aterriza Concierge?
It is a 24/7 conversational assistant for questions about your city, procedures and daily life in Spain. It is available to anyone who purchases Essential or a higher plan.
Can you guarantee an NIE or TIE appointment?
No one can honestly guarantee a government appointment because availability is controlled by the authorities. We guarantee our part: a prepared file, monitored official channels and a request as soon as a slot is available.
How long does the process take?
We recommend starting 8 to 12 weeks before arrival. Some procedures can be prepared from your home country; others are only possible in Spain. With early planning, many clients are operational within 15 to 30 days of arrival.
