Pick the procedure you need

  • Empadronamiento

    Loading price…No government fees for this procedure

    We find and book your town hall appointment, prepare the lease or the owner's authorisation and the rest of the documents, and tell you exactly what to bring. Going with you to the appointment is a separate item (in-person support).

  • Foreigner identity number (NIE)

    Loading price…Official fee included

    We prepare form EX-15, the justification for the route that applies to you and the documents, pay the official fee (included) and find and book your appointment at the police or immigration office. Going with you is a separate item, and a residence permit is a different procedure.

  • Foreigner identity card (TIE)

    Fingerprint appointment, the EX-17, the exact documents your police station asks for and the official fee, included; we let you know when the card is ready to collect. Going with you, and appeals if the case gets complicated, are separate.

  • EU registration certificate (green NIE)

    For EU citizens: the EX-18, proof of means or employment, the insurance and the official fee, included; we find and book your appointment for the registration certificate. Going with you to the appointment is a separate item.

  • Driver license exchange (car and motorbike)

    Loading price…Official fee included

    Car and motorbike licences only. We check that your licence can be exchanged and prepare the application to the DGT, Spain's traffic authority, with the official fee included. The medical report from the drivers' centre is paid separately.
