Your route, phase by phase

  1. 1

    Define your procedure

Under two minutes: your procedure, how many people are coming and which plan you want. The price is calculated on the spot; or, if you are already in Spain, you pick only the procedures you need.

  2. 2

    Diagnosis and route

Your coordinator reviews your case and confirms the visa or permit that fits: what it involves, what we coordinate and what depends on the authorities.

  3. 3

    File and documents

We build the checklist, coordinate apostilles and translations and assemble the complete file before requesting any appointment.

  4. 4

    Filing and follow-up

Your visa application goes to the consulate prepared and checked point by point. What is processed in Spain is filed as soon as a slot exists, with deadline tracking and a notification on every movement until resolution.

What you walk away with

  • Route identificationWe start from your nationality, current situation, objective and timeline to determine which procedure is worth exploring, and which ones are ruled out and why.
  • Document checklistThe exact list for your procedure: what can be prepared from your home country, what expires, what order to request it in and which format the Spanish authorities accept.
  • Apostilles and legalisationsWe coordinate the Hague apostille or consular legalisation for documents that need it, and time it so nothing expires before it is used. Their cost is separate from the plan.
  • Sworn translationsWe coordinate sworn translation of documents that must be filed in Spanish, through a translator accredited by the Spanish Ministry. Charged per document, separately from the plan.
  • NIE and TIEYour foreigner ID number (NIE) and your residence card (TIE). File preparation, monitoring of official channels and an appointment request the moment a slot opens. Fees for the procedure and the TIE are included in the price.
  • Who does whatLandesp coordinates the process: deadlines, documents, appointments and providers. When your case calls for legal work, a qualified partner lawyer provides it, and their fees are included in the price of your plan.
  • Roadmap with deadlinesAppointments, cut-off dates, your tasks and our tasks on one visible calendar, so you always know what is next and who it depends on.

What you are probably thinking

Common questions about immigration paperwork

What is the difference between what you do and what a lawyer does?

We coordinate: identifying the route, building the document checklist, handling apostilles and translations, tracking deadlines and requesting appointments. The partner lawyer provides legal judgement, representation and signature where the procedure demands it. We never give legal advice ourselves.

How long does a residence procedure take?

It depends on the procedure and on the authorities. We recommend starting 8 to 12 weeks before you arrive. With early planning, many clients are operational within 15 to 30 days of landing.

Do I need to apostille all my documents?

Not all of them. It depends on the issuing country, on whether it is party to the Hague Convention and on the specific document. The checklist marks exactly which ones and in what order, because many start expiring from their issue date.

Are legal fees charged separately?

No. Legal work and the official fees for the procedure and the TIE are included in the price of your plan. The only separate costs are the consular visa fee, apostilles and sworn translations, and we tell you which ones apply before you pay.

So there are no surprises. The legal work on your case is signed by a lawyer and is included in the price of your plan. The decision and the appointments rest with the authorities: no one can guarantee either. Full terms
